At Natural Salve, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase of our Onyx Care products. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Note: Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products that were opened or used (unless defective).

3. Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@naturalsalve.com with a photo of the item and order details. We will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.
  3. Ship the Item: If approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to ship your item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
